Domain lists

All domains observed by ActiveDNS, for free.

Every registrable domain the ActiveDNS resolver has seen resolve, one file per country-code TLD, one per popular generic TLD and one for all the others. Remade on the first of every month.

A file is plain text, gzipped: a first line starting with # that says what the list is and when it was made, then one domain per line, sorted. A registrable domain is the public suffix plus one label (example.com, example.co.uk), by the ICANN section of the public suffix list.

Download links are made when you ask for one and work for 12 hours. Copy link gives you the link to use elsewhere, for example with curl -o list.txt.gz '<link>'.

Terms of use

The domain lists are free to use. If you use them, in research, a publication, a product, a service or a dataset of your own, you must credit ActiveDNS as the source of the data, for example:

The lists are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. They contain the domains the ActiveDNS resolver has seen, which is not every domain that exists.
